This Week (7 of 30)

The second Teacher Training Seminar was held this week, hosted by Assistant Principal, Ms. Anne Hsieh. Other than sharing on the planning and writing of lesson plans for classes, Ms. Hsieh also gave lessons on “Analysis of Chinese Characters”. CCALI insists on using Traditional Chinese teaching system in its curriculum, because all the beauty and origins are retained in Traditional system. The analysis teaches on the fun facts of how each character evolved from thousands of years ago. Sharing of these cultural fun facts is the key to make Chinese learning more interesting for the children.
